Types of Employee Benefits Schemes

1. Group Term Life Assurance

This scheme offers full life protection and coverage against death from all causes, whether
accidental or natural, on 24-hour worldwide basis.  Supplementary benefits or riders can be
purchased to cover permanent, total or partial disability or dismemberment.

A lump sum death benefit is payable either on a flat amount ranging from $50,000 to $500,000
according to the employee's classification, or on a salary factor based on 24 to 60 times of the
monthly renumeration.  The benefits depend on current trends, nature of business, organisational
structure, and positioning the company seeks.

2. Group Hospitalisation and Surgical Insurance

This scheme provides reimbursement of hospital and surgical charges from hospitalisation as result
of sickness, disease or accidental causes that happens anywhere, and anytime of the day.  Major
medical coverage and other supplementary benefits are also available.

These are the normal exclusions which apply.  The scheme's benefits can be tailored according to
the location, nature of business and employee classification of the company.  The benefits normally
correspond to the type of hospital accommodation and benefits structure required.

3. Group Personal Accident Insurance

This scheme offers 24-hour protection against death, dismemberment or disablement arising from
accidents anywhere in the world.  Additional benefits can be purchased to cover accidents resulting
in temporary disablement and / or medical expenses.

Only standard exclusion list of items, that are naturally excluded in a personal accident plan, are
applied.  These include war risk, self-inflicted injury, private aviation, use of illegal drugs and a few
other items.

A lump sum death benefit is payable either on a flat amount ranging from $50,000 to $500,000
according to the employee's classification or on a monthly salary factor amounting to 24 to 60
times.

Again, the benefit basis that is selected very much depends on current trends, nature of business,
organisational structure, and positioning the company seeks.

For disablement a percentage of the Sum Insured based on a Scale of Indeminity according to the
degree of disability will be paid.
